Established in 2000, WSM is part of Warburton Holdings (Pty) Ltd, which includes sister companies like Warburton Properties (Pty) Ltd, Warburton Forestry (Pty) Ltd, Spioenkop Boerdery (Pty) Ltd, and Highveld Shaving (Pty) Ltd.
